Are you trying to sell your house by yourself? Here are a few pointers.
1. Make sure the house is clear of all clutter, and throughly cleaned! A clutter
free clean house makes a much nicer first impression.
2. Do any minor home repairs, such as, touch up paint, fix any holes in the
walls, repair any missing hardware on doors or cabinets, and make any other
minor repairs you may see that could be an eye-sore.
3. Make sure that you have fliers made up of the property, and put along the
road with a sign. Attach a flier box, that is easy for people driving by to
